The XLCS Designs mount adapter for the Blackmagic PYXIS Monitor is a necessary tool to mount the PYXIS Monitor on your existing third-party monitor mount.
The PYXIS Monitor uses narrower than standard spacing pin placement--meaning if you purchased JUST the monitor (without Blackmagic's mount), it is very difficult to find a non-swivel solution for mounting your PYXIS Monitor.
Our mount adapter attaches to the PYXIS Monitor via the 2x M4 holes(on both bottom or side) of the monitor, and offers a 1/4"-20 hole with more standard ARRI style spacing pin holes for more universal use.
This is a simple solution for PYXIS Monitor owners who do not have the OEM PYXIS Monitor mount--but still need a way to securely mount the monitor to their camera.
